Friends Helping Local Elementary School
The Charles Wright PTO says “Thanks” to the Friends for our help in achieving their fund-raising goal!
The Friends donated the books and media material that did not sell at the last book sale to the Charles Wright PTO. Gena Golas, the PTO rep, advised that the Charles Wright PTO far exceeded their media goal with 1,218 POUNDS of media with the help of the Friends’ contribution. And our contribution earned the PTO a $50 bonus! As a result, the fundraiser earned $900 for their PTO which will go a long way for programs for their students and staff! In addition to the donation of media, the Friends assisted with the transportation of the material.
Well done Friends and Well done Charles Wright PTO!
