Friends of the Library Annual Meeting, October 2024
What a great time everyone had at the 2024 Friends Annual Meeting! Carole Fisher, VP, was the mistress of ceremony this year. The annual event celebrated and recognized all the wonderful volunteers for the many hours they worked throughout the year in support of the library. There were delicious refreshments, wonderful entertainment by a WHS senior and terrific door prizes for the lucky winners! The music, decorations and slide show really added to the festivities. And the Friends honored another couple whose name was added to our Honoree plaque. But best of all it was the opportunity for great conversation among the Friends!

There was plenty of good food, music, drink and wonderful company at this year’s annual meeting. The annual event celebrated and recognized all the wonderful library volunteers for the many hours they worked throughout the year. There was special recognition for six Friends added to our Honoree plaque, for their outstanding contribution of time, effort or monetary gifts. There were also great door prizes for some lucky Friends!
